I began my professional career working as a theatre director, Broadway manager, and producer in NYC and went on to become a top Forbes contributor, author of five books, and an award-winning poet and Fortune 200 HR executive – traveling and living around the world. I have also been blessed with a beautiful and remarkably supportive wife and two incredible daughters. Life and business can always be better. My purpose is to inspire, enlighten and teach you how.
